Bios
Although Col has only been a member of VMR for a short time, he has proven himself to be a valuable member of the team. More recently, Col studied for and passed his commercial coxains Ticket. Col works for Vic Arts, and will take VMR to a new level.
2010 -2011 is Ted's second year on the VMR Committee. His experience of Westernport, and as a commercial coxwain of our Hastings vessel is invaluable to the Committee.
Rick joined in VMR 2000
2006 was Rick’s first year on the committee taking on the role of Secretary. Rick works for Vic Track. Rick's background is Navy, where he spent years on patrol boats. Rick holds a commercial coxwains ticket.
David joined in January 2009. This is Dave's first position on the committee of VMR and a welcomed edition to the Team. Dave is a very experienced accountant, whose skills will be put to good use.
Mick Matthews joined VMR in 1995. Mick has served on the committee numerous times. Mick is self employed as a builder
Tim joined VMR Mornington in 1980, he is a life member and has served on 30 committees of VMR Mornington. Tim works for Perpetual Wealth Management in Melbourne.Hal has been an active member of VMR since 1997 and has been on the committee numerous times. Hal is self employed as a roof tiler. He also holds a helicopter pilots licence.
Mick Turner has recently returned to VMR after taking a few years off to peursue other interests, he then decided to return to VMR as Mick has a strong affinity with the sea, having spent most of his life "at sea" in a proffessional capacity.
